EP Consultancy commenced trading several decades ago supporting clients in major commercial infrastructure projects and has now grown to include with the increased requirement for support in the expanding residential property market.

Company beginning
The company was incorporated in 2013 following the teams success on Commercial and Contractual management of major packages on the development of Terminal 5 and the London's Olympic Stadium.

Internal investment reporting
The expansion of the services offered by EP Consultancy now incorporate the planning and development of residential premises, refurbishment and expansion to multi-unit applications and new build projects.

Continued demand
The continued demand for Contractual and Commercial support on major project continues with the appointment by SSE on the construction of major sub-stations in the highlands of Scotland and on HS2.

Increased development advice
Following COVID-19, the construction industry has moved towards new housing and increased personal assets. EP Consultancy is now securing more enquiries in the residential sector, helping deliver new homes and investment strategies.

International contract management
Increase in personell now offering International Contractual advice following the successful management and final account of the construction of the Civil and M&E works associated with UK Eurotunnel STATCOM Building new Sub Station.
